弹力蛋白酶mRNA在肝细胞中的表达

  • To investigate elastase mRNA expression of hepatocyte. The probe of rat pancreatic elastase Ⅱ marked by digoxigenin was cloned. The expression of hepatic elastase mRNA was observed by in situ hybridization. The expression of elastase mRNA was found in most hepatic cytoplasm. The level of its expression varies in different hepatocytes situated in the same liver lobule. In endotheliocyte and other cells of hepatic sinusoid, the expression of elastase mRNA was also discovered. It is a new discovery to prove the expression of hepatocyte elastase mRNA from morphology. It can be infered that it is related to metabolism of hepatic ground substance. It may be of value to study the development and degradation of hepatic fiber.
