病毒性肝炎患者血清IL-6,IL-8水平及临床意义

To observe the levels of serum IL-6, IL-8 in the patients with hepatitis and clinical significance, Serum IL-6, IL-8 of 124 patients with viral hepatitis were detected by radioimmunoassay. Liver biopsy was performed in 35 patients with chronic hepatitis and in flammatory injury was diagnosed by the standard of hepatic tissue pathology grade and stage. ①Serum IL-6, IL-8 levels were significantly increased in viral hepatitis compared with normal controls, except mild CH. ②Serum IL-6, IL-8 levels were positively correlated with hepatic inflammatory grade and fibrotic stage. ③Serum levels of IL-6, IL-8 were decreased with the recovery of acute and chronic hepatitis. The results suggest that determination of serum IL-6, IL-8 may be of value in reflecting the extent of liver damage and fibrosis.
