胆囊癌p53原位杂交和nm23蛋白表达与淋巴组织增生的关系

To explore the p53 in situ hybridization and nm23 expression in gallbladder carcinoma and its relationship with lymphoproliferation. 59 cases of gallbladder carcinoma were detected by digoxigenin labelling in situ hybridization technique and S-P immunohistochemical staining. The positive rats of p53 protein expression and the p53 in situ hybridization were 44.1% and 64.4% respectively. The two positive rates were different, but they were all related to the phase of the gallbladder carcinoma and were significantly higher in the later period than that in the early stage (P<0.01) . The positive rate of reactive hyperplasia of lymph nodes was significantly lower than that of the metastatic carcinoma of lymph nodes (P<0.01) . The positive rate of nm23 protein expression was 76.3%, which was significantly higher in lymph nodes reactine hyperplasia than that of the metastatic lymph nodes (P<0.01) . The results showed that the staging of gallbladder carcinoma was in negative correlation to p53 gene and nm23 expression. The dgree of lymphoproliferation was related to p53 gene and nm23 expression in development and transformation of the gallbladder carcinoma.
