WT5”BZ]Study the risk factors that the liver tissue of the died fetus infected by HBV by maternal fetal transmission 50 liver tissues of died fetus that the puerperal delivered with hepatitis virus B were detected HBV by immunocytochemistry (SP) Investigated the detection on HBV in the mother veins before delivery There were HBV in the liver tissues of the died fetus that the puerperal delivered with hepatitis virus B The were mainly in the liver cytoplasm and were not in the nuclei, but they were also in the lumens and epithelium cytoplasm of bile capillaries The positive cells were single or in clusters form distributed over the liver tissues There were 27 cases (54%) with HBcAg positive express in the liver tissues of died fetus that the puerperal delivered with hepatitis virus B In this cases there were 3/12 (25 00%) 、2/12 (16 67%) and 16/26 (61 52%) cases with HBcAg positive express in the liver tissues of the died fetus that the puerperal delivered with hepatitis virus B for only one ① (HBsAg, HBeAb, HBcAb) 、② (HBsAg+HBeAb+HBcAb) and③ (HBsAg+HBeAg+HBcAb) in the mother veins before delivery the comparison between①and②were not statistically significant (P>0 05) ;But the comparison between ① ②and③were statistically significant (P<0 005) It was the more risk factors for the liver tissue of the died fetus infected by HBV by matemal fetal transmission that HBV (HBsAg+HBeAg+HBcAb) was with positive expression in the mother veins before delivery [WT5”HZ]
