乙肝康治疗HBV感染的疗效观察

WT5”BZ]To search out the curative effectas of YIGANKANG on HBV infection our department have used YIGANKANG to treat chronic HBV infection since 1985 (such as chronic HBV hepatitis, chronic HBV carrier without symptom) we casually selectsd 32 patients as a treatment group was treated by injecting YIGANKANG (5ml, qd, iv) , and 5pills of YIGANKANG (tid, po) ;the comparing group was treated by injecting plyprous umbellatus polysaccharide (40mg, qd, im) for 20 days, then stop for 10 day This usage was repeated for 3 months as a curative period Curative effects were judged by the changes of HBV signing matenrial treatment group:HBsAg-negative 40 6% (13/32) ;Anti-HBe changed to be positive (7 cases) 37 5% (12/32) All changes were obviously different from the comparing group It was proved that YIGANKANG can inhibit HBV signing naterial and eliminate HBsAg infection effciently YIGAKANG has a low price and has no side and toxic effects, it can match interferon which was admitted by common consent in the world, it is suitable for spreading in China [WT5”HZ]
