WT5”BZ]To detect Acanthopanax senticosus (ASS) induce apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells, the morphologic changes and DNA fragmentation of HCC cells induced by ASS were observed with transmission electron microscope and agarose gel electrophoresis assays The results showed that under electron microscope, it was observed ASS lead to HCC cells apoptosis DNA ladder fragmentations changes induced by ASS were clearly and the changes become significant with dosage increase of ASS It suggestes that ASS induce apoptosis of HCC cells [WT5”HZ]
