  • 摘要:

    原发性肝癌是临床常见的恶性肿瘤,富含半胱氨酸的酸性分泌蛋白在肝癌的发展与转移过程中发挥着非常重要的作用。介绍了富含半胱氨酸的酸性分泌蛋白的结构与生物学功能,分析了其在恶性肿瘤中的作用机制及其与肝癌发展、转移的关系,并对其在肝癌诊治中的应用价值进行了分析与展望。
