    <正>HBV感染是重大传染性疾病,全球约2.4亿人感染HBV[1],我国慢性HBV感染者达9300万人,其中慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者约2000万例[2]。CHB也是我国导致肝硬化、肝细胞癌(HCC)的主要病因之一,分别占60%和80%[3],严重危害健康。全球每年约有65万人死于HBV感染所致的肝功能衰竭、肝硬化和HCC[4]。评估CHB患者肝纤维化程度
