摘要: 近期，澳大利亚胃肠病学会组织多学科专家团队，采用改良德尔菲法共同制定了澳大利亚首个针对经颈静脉肝内门体分流术（TIPS）治疗门静脉高压的共识声明，就目前TIPS在澳大利亚临床环境中应用不足且缺乏统一规范的现状，围绕TIPS术前准备与评估、手术操作规范、术后护理随访及具体临床适应证等方面，提出了基于循证医学的推荐意见，旨在为合并门静脉高压的肝病患者提供TIPS全程管理的规范化指导。本文对该共识中的重要声明进行摘译。

Abstract: Recently， Gastroenterological Society of Australia convened a multidisciplinary group and applied a modified Delphi process to develop the first Australian consensus statement on the application of transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt （TIPS） in portal hypertension. To address the current issues of insufficient application and a lack of standardized protocols for TIPS in Australia， this consensus provides evidence-based recommendations across the key domains of preoperative preparation and assessment for TIPS， surgical standards， postoperative care and follow-up， and specific clinical indications， in order to provide standardized guidance for the comprehensive management of TIPS in liver disease patients with portal hypertension. This article gives an excerpt of the key statements in the consensus. -
