40例自体干细胞移植治疗失代偿期肝硬化的临床研究

Autologous stem cells transplantation for treatment of decompensate liver cirrhosis in 40 cases

摘要

摘要: 目的评估自体干细胞移植治疗失代偿期肝硬化的临床效果。方法自体干细胞移植治疗,其中骨髓干细胞移植26例和外周血干细胞移植14例,均接受内科综合治疗。结果患者肝脏的合成功能指标(Alb和PT)、肝功能改善(Alb的增高和CTP评分的减少),从12周始较治疗前有明显变化(P<0.05)。所有患者未出现并发症和不良反应。有1例患者术后32个月死于肝硬化并发症上消化道大出血。结论自体干细胞移植治疗晚期肝硬化是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome of autologous stem cells transplantation for the treatment of decompensate liver cirrhosis.Methods 26 patients received bone marrow stem cell transplantation and 14 patients received peripheral blood stem cell transplantation, at the same time all the patients were treated with same medical treatment.Results Since twelve weeks after transplantation, liver synthetic function (serum albumin and prothrombin time) and liver function (serum albumin level increase and CTP score decrease) were significantly improved (P < 0.05) .No related complication or adverse effects were observed in these patients.One patient died of variceal bleeding after 32 months of transplantation.Conclusion Autologous stem cells transplantation might be a safe and effective method for decompensate liver cirrhosis.
