  • 摘要: <正>胰腺癌是预后最差的消化道恶性肿瘤,10余年来随分子生物学研究水平的提高及方法学的进步,对胰腺癌发生、发展过程中的机制研究日趋深入,在寻求新的早期诊断标志及丰富治疗途径方面,显现出深远影响。做为人类胚胎发育重要的调控因子——Hedgehog信号通路,在完成胰腺等器官正常
