To study the detection of HBVDNA in the liver tissues and serum of the patients with hepatitis virus B.

摘要: 探讨乙型肝炎患者血清和肝组织中HBVDNA的相关性。采用免疫荧光定量聚合酶链和原位分子杂交技术分别检测随机选择的 4 0例乙型肝炎患者血清和肝组织中HBVDNA。乙型肝炎患者血清和肝组织中HBVDNA水平呈正相关 ,但不呈直线相关（re =0 2 4 ,t=1 0 9,P >0 0 5 ）。乙型肝炎患者血清和肝组织中HBV -DNA水平有相关性。可以通过检测乙型肝炎患者血清HBV -DNA来判断其肝组织中HBV复制水平

Abstract: To study the relationship between the levels of HBVDNA in the liver tissues and serum of the patients with hepatitis virus B. 40 patients with chronic hepatitis B collected by random sampling method were detected the HBVDNA in the liver tissues and serum by immunofluorescence pclymerase chain quantitation and in situ molecular hybridization technique. There was positive correlation between levels of HBVDNA in the liver tissues and serum of the patients with hepatitis virux B, But there wasn't significant positive linear correlation between them (re=0.24, t=1.09, P>0.05) .There was positive correlation between levels of HBVDNA in the liver tissues and serum of the patients with hepatitis virus B.The levels of HBVDNA in the serum could discover the levels of HBVDNA in the liver tissues for the patients with hepatitis virus B.
