Clinical analysis of primary bilary cirrhosis.

摘要: 研究原发性胆汁性肝硬化的临床表现、实验室检查特征。回顾性总结 15例PBC肝脏损害患者的临床表现及实验室检查结果。PBC主要影响女性 ,女∶男为 14∶1,年龄 32岁～ 6 3岁 ,伴有迁延性ALT、AST异常、高胆红素血症、高ALP、GGT血症、高球蛋白血症、高γ -球蛋白血症 ,存在自身抗体 ,如AMA、AMA -M 2。PBC肝脏损伤严重 ,确诊时基本到晚期 ,预后较差

Abstract: To analyze clinical manifestation and laboratory test changes in patients with primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) .The clinical manifestaiton and laboratory test changes in 15 patients with PBC were in vestigated retrospectively.PBC affects females clinically with a female/male ratio of 14∶1.The age range was 32～63 years old.There was elevated level of serum ALT and AST, hyperbilirubinemia, hyperglobulinemia, hyper gammaglobulinemia, with predominant elevation of ALP, GGT and different kinds of antibodies, for example AMA, AMA M2.PBC has severe liver impairment.
