  • 摘要: 2023年,国际多学会提出了“代谢功能障碍与酒精相关性肝病(MetALD)”这一概念,用以指代同时存在代谢功能障碍和中等量饮酒的脂肪肝人群。近年来,该领域的证据体系正迅速发展与完善。本文综述了MetALD的背景与定义、流行病学特征及自然史、临床表型、诊断评估方法以及治疗研究的最新进展,并对未来的研究方向进行展望。
