  • 摘要: 内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)作为一种先进的内镜诊疗技术,在临床实践中发挥着重要作用,但其复杂的操作过程及较高的技术要求,可能会导致一系列严重的并发症,其中穿孔是最令人担忧的问题之一。穿孔不仅增加了患者的痛苦和治疗难度,还可能危及患者生命。为了确保良好的临床手术结果,需要进一步完善关于ERCP并发穿孔的预测、诊断和处理的标准化流程。本文旨在深入探讨影响ERCP相关消化道穿孔的各种危险因素、诊断方式、预防措施及治疗策略,以期为临床识别穿孔高危人群、制订个性化治疗方案提供参考。
