  • 摘要: 酒精性肝硬化患者多合并不同程度的营养不良,营养不良的患者更易出现感染、腹水等并发症,预后不佳。在临床工作中,对患者进行营养风险筛查尤为重要,使用合理的营养评估工具评定营养状态,制订个体化的营养补充方案,从而促进疾病恢复,改善患者预后及提高生活质量。本文阐述了酒精性肝硬化患者的营养筛查、评估及管理的具体方法,通过系统化的营养筛查和评估,可以早期识别出营养不良的患者,从而及时进行干预。个体化的营养补充方案需根据患者的情况进行调整,以满足其营养需求,促进肝功能的恢复和整体健康状况的改善,提升长期生活质量。
