  • 摘要: 肝纤维化是一种由病毒感染、酒精、化学物质等原因导致的慢性肝损伤的愈合反应,是慢性肝脏疾病进展为肝硬化和肝癌的关键环节。肝巨噬细胞被认为是肝损伤和修复的重要介质,巨噬细胞极化趋向对肝纤维化具有双向调控作用。本文阐述不同表型的肝巨噬细胞在肝纤维化发生发展过程中的作用,以期为纤维化的防治研究提供新思路。
