    <正>器官移植已成为治疗脏器功能衰竭的有效手段,但术后的移植排斥仍然是影响移植物和患者存活的主要问题。同种异体排斥反应的细胞学机制主要为T细胞介导的免疫反应。该群T细胞包括CD4+T和CD8+T细胞,其中尤以CD4+T细胞在移植排斥反应中的作用更为重要。先前研究认为Th1与排斥反应细胞免疫有关;而Th2细胞与体液免疫有关,有保护作用[1]。然而,最近认为Th1、Th2细胞均参与了器官移植排斥
