Research progress of Notch signaling pathway in hepatocellular carcinoma

  • 摘要: Notch信号通路存在于多种动物体内,其家族成员的结构具有高度保守性,在细胞分化和发育中发挥着关键作用,保持着细胞增殖、分化和凋亡三者之间的动态平衡。异常活化的Notch信号可促使正常细胞向恶性转化,失控的Notch信号与肿瘤细胞的生长相关,Notch信号在大多数情况下作为癌基因促进肿瘤生长,但也发挥着诱导细胞分化、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖的作用。
