摘要: <正>原发性肝癌在我国是死亡率居第二位的恶性肿瘤,其治疗主要是以外科切除为主的多学科综合治疗模式。上世纪90年代兴起的射频消融（radiofrequen-cy ablation,RFA）近年来发展迅速,在肝癌综合治疗体系中发挥着重要作用,已在肝癌的临床治疗中得到广泛应用。RFA治疗肝癌的原理是通过射频产生热能,使局部达到高温而杀死肿瘤细胞。相对于其他局
