NK cells and hepatitis C

  • 摘要: 自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)无需抗原预先致敏,即可直接杀伤某些肿瘤细胞和病毒感染细胞,是人类抗感染免疫及抗肿瘤、清除异己细胞的第一道天然防线。HCV感染的患者NK细胞数量和功能降低可能是造成疾病慢性化的重要原因。本文就NK细胞与丙型肝炎的关系作一综述。
