  • 摘要: 慢性乙型肝炎致肝内胆汁淤积性黄疸的发病机制极其复杂,其中肝细胞凋亡、氧化应激及脂质过氧化、巨噬细胞介导的炎症反应等途径均参与肝内胆汁淤积性黄疸的发病。明确肝内胆汁淤积性黄疸的发病机制对临床靶点治疗有重要意义。
