Biomarkers of liver cancer related to hepatitis B virus selected by proteomics

摘要: 肝癌是世界上死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤之一,乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)是主要的致病原,然而,HBV感染相关的肝癌发病机制不明,早期诊断非常困难。蛋白质组学为肝癌研究开辟了新的途径,受到研究者的关注。本文对近3年在HBV相关肝癌发病机制、肝癌标志物筛选研究方法及已发现的肝癌诊断标志物方面取得的研究成果进行了综述。Abstract: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most deadly malignancies worldwide.Hepatitis B virus (HBV) is widely recognized as one of the major etiological factors of HCC.However, the mechanism of liver cancer related to HBV infection is still unclear.Liver cancer is difficult to detect in an early stage.Proteomics has caused researcher's wide attention due to its complementary to other research methods in liver cancer study.Herein, we review the latest three year developments in the studies of proteomics applied to liver cancer related to HBV infection, to summarize the diagnosis biomarkers and cancerization mechanism of liver cancer related to HBV infection.
