The role of immune cells in immune tolerance mechanisms towards chronic hepatitis B

  • 摘要: 机体对乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的免疫耐受是HBV感染慢性化的主要机制。急性、自限性HBV感染过程中存在强烈的、多特异性的细胞免疫应答。而在慢性感染者这种反应明显减弱,存在免疫耐受。本文旨在阐述免疫细胞在HBV免疫耐受机制中可能发挥的作用。
