Expression of heme oxygenase in the kidney of experimental cirrhotic rat

摘要: 目的观察及探讨肝硬化大鼠肾脏血红素氧化酶-1(HO-1)的表达及意义。方法采用硫代乙酰胺(TAA)建立肝硬化模型,免疫组化染色观察肾脏中HO-1的表达与定位,图象分析定量测定HO-1的表达。结果肝硬化模型复制成功,HO-1主要在肾小管上皮细胞胞浆内表达。肝硬化组肾脏HO-1表达强度明显增高,而正常对照组HO-1表达较弱,两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论肝硬化时肾脏HO-1表达强度明显增高,HO-1/内源性CO系统可能参与了肝硬化肾损伤的病理及病理生理过程。

Abstract: Objective To observe and investigate the expression and significance of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) in the kidney of cirrhotic rat.Methods Liver cirrhosis models were induced by thioacetamide (TAA) .Pathological changes of the renal tissues were observed by HE stain and the changes and location of HO-1 were observed by immunohistochemistry.The quantitative analysis of changes in kidneys morphology and the expression level of HO-1 were measured by image analyzing system.Results Cirrhosis models were successfully constructed.HO-1 distribute mainly in renal tubular epithelial cells.The degree of the expression of HO-1 in cirrhotic rats was markedly higher than that of normal control group (P<0.01) .Conclusion The expression of HO-1 in the kidney of cirrhotic rat is greatly enhanced.The HO-1/CO system is probably involved in the pathogenesis of renal damage in hepatic cirrhosis.-
