Advanced research on Th17 cell and its relevant role in the progress liver diseases

摘要: Th17细胞是一种不同于Th1细胞和Th2细胞的新型CD4+T细胞亚群。Th17细胞分化需要转化生长因子β和白细胞介素(IL)-6、转录因子孤儿核受体(ROR)γt等参与,分泌IL-17A、IL-17F、IL-21、IL-22、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)α等多种细胞因子,参与自身免疫性肝病、急性肝损伤、慢性乙型肝炎、乙型肝炎肝纤维化、肝癌和肝移植术后急性排斥反应的发生发展。本文旨在对Th17细胞与肝脏疾病的研究进展作一综述。Abstract: Th17 cell is a new CD4+ T cell subset which is different from Th1 cell and Th2 cell.The differentiation of Th17 cell requires the participation of transforming growth factor β and interleukin 6, and transcription factor orphan nuclear hormone receptor-γt.It produces many cytokines, such as IL-17A, IL-17F, IL-21, IL-22, IL-6, TNFα, and takes part in the genesis and development of autoimmune liver diseases, acute hepatic injury, chronic hepatitis B, hepatitis B related liver fibrosis, hepatocellular carcinoma and acute rejection in liver transplantation.In this review, we summarized the progressed studies on Th17 cells and liver diseases.
