Expressions of Annexin Ⅱ and Ki-6 in cholangiocarcinoma and their clinicopathological significance

摘要: 目的分析胆管癌组织中膜粘连蛋白Ⅱ(AnnexinⅡ)和细胞核增殖抗原(Ki-67)的表达,并探讨其与胆管癌临床病理特征之间的关系。方法运用免疫组织化学染色法检测AnnexinA2和Ki-67蛋白在58例胆管癌组织和癌旁胆管组织及15例非肿瘤胆管组织中的表达,结合临床病理学资料进行统计分析。结果 AnnexinⅡ在三种组织中阳性表达率分别为74.1%(43/58)、31.0%(18/58)、13.3%(2/15),差异有统计学意义。Ki-67在三种组织中阳性表达率分别为81.0%(47/58)、37.9%(22/58)、6.7%(1/15),其阳性表达在三种组织之间均有统计学意义。AnnexinⅡ和Ki-67蛋白阳性表达与胆管癌的组织学分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移有关。胆管癌中AnnexinⅡ和Ki-67蛋白表达呈正相关。结论 AnnexinⅡ、Ki-67与胆管癌的发生、发展和淋巴结转移有关,可作为胆管癌诊断的辅助指标,综合应用二项指标对评价胆管癌的恶性程度及预后可能有一定的参考价值。Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of AnnexinⅡand Ki-67 in cholangio-carcinoma and their correlations with clinical and pathological features.Methods 58 samples of cholangiocarcinoma and its surrounding tissue and 15 samples of non-carcinoma bile duct tissue were obtained and the expressions of AnnexinⅡand Ki-67 were detected by immunohistochemistry method.Statistical analysis was performed with reference to the related clinical and pathological feature.Results The positive rates of AnnexinⅡ expression in cholangiocarcinoma, tissue near by carcinoma and non-carcinoma bile duct tissue were 74.1% (43/58) , 31.0% (18/58) and 13.3% (2/15) respectively.There was significant difference among the groups.The positive rates of Ki-67 expression in the three tissues were 81.0% (47/58) , 37.9% (22/58) , 6.7% (1/15) , the positive expressions of Ki-67 among the three groups had statistically significant differences.The positive expression of AnnexinⅡ and Ki-67 are correlated with the pathological grades, clinical stages and lymph node metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma.There is positive correlation between the expression rate of AnnexinⅡ and that of Ki-67 in cholangiocarcinoma.Conclusion The positive expression of AnnexinⅡ and that of Ki-67 may be correlated with the carcinogenesis, development and lymph node metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma.They may serve as an auxiliary marker of cholangiocarcinoma.The combine use of the above markers possibly has certain reference significance in evaluating the malignancy of cholangiocarcinoma and its prognosis.
