Purification of plasma from artificial liver by alkalifing the plasma and adsorbing by microencapsulated carbon

摘要: 目的探讨碱性化血浆对树脂吸附血浆胆红素的影响,以便净化回收人工肝置换的血浆。方法在体外将人工肝血浆置换法置换下来的血浆pH值调为10,再滤过微囊炭吸附柱吸附胆红素,再将滤过后的血浆pH调为7.4,即为净化血浆。结果碱化血浆经微囊炭吸附,可清除86.6%的IBil和82.5%的TBil,可回收95%白蛋白;未碱化血浆经微囊炭吸附,可清除76.5%的IBil和73.4%的TBil,可回收90%白蛋白。碱化血浆和未碱化血浆吸附后胆红素剩余量或清除率有明显降低或增加(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论本文在体外建立的血浆(或碱化血浆)微囊炭吸附法都可有效清除人工肝置换的血浆中胆红素,以碱化血浆法为更好。Abstract: Objective To study the effect of alkalization of plasma on the adsorption of bilirubins of plasma by the microencapsulated carbon, and to purify, recover plasma replaced from artificial liver.Methods The plasma was alkalified to pH 10 and filtrated through an adsorbing column consisting of the microencapsulated carbon to eliminate bilirubins, then the pH value of the plasma was ajusted to 7.4 after the filtration.Results For the alkalified plasma, the recovery rate of albumin, the elimination rates of indirect and total bilirubins were 95% , 86.6% and 82.5% respectively;for the non-alkalified plasma, the rates were 90% , 76.5% and 73.4% respectively.The elimination rates or the remanets of the bilirubins in the plasmas of the alkalified and non-alkalified groups were increased or decreased significantly (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) .Conclusion Both the alkalified and non-alkalified plasma adsorbed by the microencapsulated carbon could eliminate bilirubins effectively, and the alkalified plasma is better.
