TNF α and TGF β1 in the serum of patients with primary hepatic cancer before and after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization

摘要: 目的观察原发性肝癌患者肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)前后血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF浕)、转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)的浓度变化。方法随机选择例确诊的原发性肝癌患者,用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测患者术前和术后两周血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)、转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)的浓度变化。结果治疗后两周患者肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)、转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)的浓度变化明显下降,与治疗前比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论血清肿瘤坏死因子、转化生长因子的浓度对TACE治疗原发性肝癌的预后观察具有一定的临床实用价值。Abstract: Objective To observe the change in the serum level of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF α) and transformation growth factor beta (TGF β1) in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma before and after the treatment with transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization (TACE) Methods 30 primary hepatic cancer patients were randomly selected.The levels of TNF α and TGF β1 were measured by enzyme linked immune sorbent assay (ELISA) before and after treatment.Results the levels of TNF α and TGF β1 were decreased significantly after two weeks of treatment (p<0.01) .Conclusion Measurement of the levels TNF α and TGF β1 might have a significant clinical importance in the prognosis of primary hepatic carcinoma during TACE treatment.
