Changes in peripheral T-lymphocytes subsets and CD28 subsets in patients with chronic HBV infected

摘要: 目的检测不同类型乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染者T细胞亚群、CD28功能亚群的特点。方法选择CHB患者20例、肝功能正常的HBV携带者15例、肝功能正常的HBsAg携带者15例,以及健康献血员20例,使用流式细胞仪检测其外周血T细胞亚群及CD28功能亚群。结果CHB患者、HBV携带者CD4+、CD8+、CD4+CD28+及CD8+CD28+T细胞计数均低于正常对照组(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.05;P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.05);HBsAg携带者CD4+、CD8+、CD4+CD28+及CD8+CD28+T细胞计数与正常对照组无差别(P>0.05)。结论慢性HBV感染者免疫功能不同造成不同形式的慢性感染方式。Abstract: Objective To investigate the changes of T-lymphocyte subsets and CD28 subsets in different types of HBV infected patients.Methods 20 patients with CHB were selected.Simultaneously 15 HBsAg carriers whose liver function were normal were selected.And 20 healthy volunteers were served as normal control.Flow cytometry was used to detect the T-lymphocyte subsets and CD28 functional subsets.Results Compared with normal controls, the numbers of CD4+ T cells, CD4+CD28+T cells and CD8+CD28+T cells decreased in CHB patients and HBV carriers (P<0.05) , whereas there was no significant difference between HBsAg carriers and normal controls (P>0.05) .Conclusion Different immune response resulted in different types of HBV infection.
