Changes and significance of plasm endotoxin and PDGF in patients with chronic hepatitis B

摘要: 目的观察和分析慢性乙型肝炎患者血浆内毒素和血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)水平的变化、二者的相关性及与血清肝纤维化指标的关系。方法采用鲎试验、双抗体夹心ELISA法、R IA分别检测40例慢性乙型肝炎患者的血清内毒素、PDGF、HA、LN、PⅢNP和CⅣ的水平,并分析其意义,对照组为40例健康人。结果慢性乙型肝炎患者内毒素、PDGF及肝纤维化指标的水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);内毒素与PDGF及二者与肝纤维化指标的水平正相关(P<0.01)。结论内毒素可促进慢性乙型肝炎患者PDGF的分泌,二者均可能促进其肝纤维化的发生和发展。Abstract: Objective To investigate and analyze the changes and correlations of and between plasma endotoxin, PDGF and levels of serum HA, LN, PⅢNP and CⅣ.Methods Limulus test, ABC-ELISA and RIA was used to measured plasma endotoxin, PDGF, HA, LN, PⅢNP and CⅣ, respectively, in 40 patients with chronic hepatitis B, and 40 healthy subjects were severed as control group.Results Plasma endotoxin, PDGF, HA, LN, PⅢNP and CⅣ levels were significantly higher in patients group than those in control group (P<0.05) .The significant positive correlations were observed between the levels of endotoxin and PDGF, and between the two and HA, LN, PⅢNP and CⅣ levels (P<0.01) .Conclusion Endotoxin may promote PDGF secretion in patients with hepatitis B, and the two may play a role in promoting the development of hepatic fibrosis.
