P18、P19 genes' expresssion and its relation to the occurence development and transfer of liver cancer.

摘要: 目的为肝癌的基因诊断与治疗探讨科学有价值的手段。方法采用分子杂交中原位杂交的方法,对26例手术的肝癌患者进行P18、P19 mRNA表达的实验和临床研究,并取手术标本癌旁正常组织作对照。结果P18、P1 9mRNA在肝癌的阳性高表达与肝癌旁正常组织中的阳性低表达比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),表达强弱与癌组织浸润深度、分化程度及有无淋巴结转移无关。结论P18、P19基因在肝癌的发生发展及转移中有抑制作用。Abstract: Objective The objective of the study is to explore the valuable solution for the genes diagnoses and treatment of liver cancer.Methods Method of in situ hybridization of molecules is applied.The experiment and clinical and pathological study on the expression of P18mRNA and P19mRNA based on 26 liver cancer patients after operation.Meanwhile the tissue samples comparison are made among the normal tissues taken from the carcinoma adjacent area of the 26 patients.Results Results are showing that P18、P19mRNA in the possitive expression of liver cancer has significant difference compared with normal tissues around the oespphagus.Conclusion It concludes that P18、P19 genes has inhibitory effect to the occurrence, development and transferring of liver cancer.
