Abstract: Objective To study immune indexes changes of patients with hepatitis E and to invest the cause of this disease.Methods cell immune indexes were measured by flow cytometry, serum immune indexes were tested by scattering muddy test, liver function biochemistry indexes were tested by autobiochemistrial machine.The relationship between liver function and cell immune/serum immune were studyed.Results there is an negtive relationship between hepatic cell damage degree (alanine transaminase, aspertate transaminase, bilirium) and cellular immune espasially CD4+T cells, there is positive relationship between alanine transaminase/aspertate transaminase and CD8+T cells, there is no relationship between hepatic cell damage degree and serum immune indexes (IgG、IgA、IgM、C3、C4) .Conclusion there is negtive relationship between hepatitis E and cellular immune, and no relationship between hepatitis E and serum immune.
