Study on the effects of alleles polymorphisms of HLA-A on the state of prognosis of chronic hepatitis B

摘要: 目的探讨HLA-A等位基因多态性对慢性病毒性乙型肝炎病情的影响。方法以慢性病毒性乙型肝炎、肝炎肝硬化、慢性乙肝重型患者及正常人作为研究对象,应用聚合酶链反应/序列特异性引物技术(PCR-SSP)对研究对象的HLA-A等位基因多态性进行分析,研究等位基因HLA-A*31、HLA-A*02、HLA-A*11与慢性病毒性乙型肝炎、肝炎肝硬化、慢性乙肝重型病情的关系。结果与对照组相比,HLA-A*31、HLA-A*02、HLA-A*11三个等位基因在慢性病毒性乙型肝炎、肝炎肝硬化、慢性乙肝重型三组间的分布频率均无显著性差别(P>0.05)。结论结果提示:HLA-A*31、HLA-A*2、HLA-A*11三个等位基因对慢性病毒性乙型肝炎、肝炎肝硬化、慢性乙肝重型的病情似无明显影响。Abstract: Objective To study on the effects of alleles polymorphisms of HLA-A on the state of prognosis of chronic hepatitis B.Methods Subjects were the patients with chronic hepatitis B, liver cirrhosis, chronic severe hepatitis B and healthy controls from Guangxi province.The Polymerase Chain Reaction-Sequence Specific Primer (PCR-SSP) technique was adopted to investigate the alleles polymorphisms of HLA-A.Results There was no significant difference among the four groups in frequency of HLA-A31, HLA-A02, HLA-A11.Conclusion It might be no suggested that the alleles of HLA-A31, HLA-A02, HLA-A11 have effects on the development of chronic hepatitis B, liver cirrhosis, chronic severe hepatitis B.
