Effect of combination treatment of Adefovir and r-IFN to the hepatic fibrosis caused by hepatitis B

摘要: 目的探讨阿德福韦酯联合r-干扰素对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化指标的影响。方法对我院2006年门诊及住院的慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为阿德福韦酯联合r-干扰素组（A组35例）、单用阿德福韦酯组（B组30例）,两组进行对照临床观察。结果A组治疗后效果明显优于B组（P<0.01）。结论在使用阿德福韦酯抗病毒治疗的同时联合使用r-干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎能较好地提高抗肝纤维化的治疗效果。Abstract: Objective The aim was to discuss the effect of combination treatment of Adefovir and r-IFN to the hepatic fibrosis caused by chronic hepatitis B.Methods Sixty-five CHB patients were divided into two groups of A (35 patients with the combination treatment of Adefovir and rIFN) and B (30 patients with mono-Adefovir) randomly.Then compare the results of the two groups.Results Result of Group A is significantly better than Group B (P<0.01) .Conclusion Using Adefovir for antivirus treatment combining with r-IFN to treat chronic hepatitis B can preferably improve the effect of anti-hepatic fibrosis treatment.
