A Comparison of Cellular immune status and HBV DNA Levels in patiens with HBeAgnegative and HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B

摘要: 目的对比HBeAg阴性及HBeAg阳性慢性乙肝患者在细胞免疫状态及HBV DNA水平方面的差别,分析造成这种差别的可能原因。方法应用流式细胞仪进行T淋巴细胞分类检测、荧光定量PCR测量血清中的HBVDNA。结果在HBVDNA水平方面,HBeAg阴性慢性乙肝患者均值为(5.13±1.43)Log,显著低于HBeAg阳性组的(6.29±1.70)Log(P<0.05);在T淋巴细胞分类方面,HBeAg阴性慢性乙肝患者CD8+T显著高于HBeAg阳性患者,分别是:23.25±3.79和20.69±3.30(P<0.05),总T、CD4+T及CD44+/CD8+比值方面两组无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论HBeAg阴性慢性乙肝患者HBV DNA水平低于HBeAg阳性患者,可能与HBeAg阴性慢性乙肝患者具有相对较强的细胞免疫状态有关。Abstract: Objective To investigate the possible cause of the difference in cellular immune status and HBVDNA levels in patiens with HBeAg-negative and HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B.Methods Peripheral T lymphocyte subsets were examined by flow cytometry, and HBVDNA level was assayed by fluorescent quantitative polym erase chain reaction (FQ-PCR) .Results The level of HBVDNA in HBeAg-negative group was 5.13±1.43 Log, which was lower than that in HBeAg-positive group (6.29±1.70 Log) P<0.05;the quantity of CD8+T in HBeAg-negative group was higher than that in HBeAg-positive group, their values were 23.25±3.79 and 20.69±3.30 respectively (P<0.05) .However, there was no significant difference in total T, CD+4T and the ratio of CD+4/CD+8 between the two groups.Conclusion The patients with HBeAg-negative had a lower HBVDNA level than those with HBeAgpositive, which might be related to the relatively stronger cellular immune status in patients with HBeAg-negative chronic hepatitis B.
