The expression of C-fos and EGFR in human hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatic cirrhosis tissues.

摘要: 目的研究转录因子C-fos在人肝细胞癌(HCC)组织与肝硬化组织中的表达及C-fos与EGFR在HCC组织中表达的关系。方法用免疫组化法检测51例HCC组织、51例癌旁组织、15例肝硬化组织、10例良性病变而切除的正常肝组织C-fos蛋白表达情况;EGFR在47例HCC组织中的表达情况。结果C-fos蛋白在正常肝组织、肝硬化组织、肝癌组织中具有不同的表达,与肝病的不同进展情况存在显著差异(P<0.05),在HCC组织中C-fos蛋白表达与EGFR的表达无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论C-fos蛋白在肝癌、肝硬化组织的过表达提示C-fos参与在肝癌、肝硬化的发病过程,但可能通过EGFR以外的信号通路参与肝癌发病过程。Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of transcriptioin factor C-fos in human hepatoma carcinoma and hepatic cirrhosis tissue, and the correlation between C-fos and EGFR in HCC tissue.Methods By using immuno-histochemistry, we studied the C-fos expression patterns in 51 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma tissues、51cases of para-carcinoma tissues、15 cases of hepatic cirrhosis tissues、10 cases of normal liver tissues and the expression of EGFR in 47 cases of HCC tissues.Results Normal liver tissue, hepatic cirrhosis tissue and hepatoma malignant tissues have different C-fos expression patterns and related to progression of hepatopathy (P<0.05) , in HCC tissue the expression of C-fos and EGFR have no apparent correlation (P>0.05) .Conclusion The overexpression of C-fos in hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatic cirrhosis tissue suggest it participate in the tumorigenesis and development of hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatic cirrhosis, but it maybe lead to HCC through other mechanism except EGFR signal pathway.
