Comparative study of diagnostic accuracy on hepatic lesions between contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and color Doppler

摘要: 探讨超声造影前后肝内占位病变定性的准确性及可靠性。51例肝脏占位性病变行Sonovue超声造影(CEUS)检查,确诊后与常规彩超(CDFI)检查结果对照,计算两种方法的敏感性和特异性。在诊断原发性肝癌、肝恶性肿瘤治疗术后疗效评价、肝硬化恶性占位筛选方面CEUS与CDFI诊断准确性存在明显差异(P<0.01)。Sonovue CEUS在肝脏占位病变的定性诊断方面具有独特的优越性。Abstract: To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy and reliability of ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography on liver occupying lesion.Fifty one patients with liver occupying lesion were examined with Sonovue contrast-enhanced ultrasonograpy (CEUS) and routine color Doppler (CDFI) respectively.We evaluated the sensitivity and specificity between them.It showed that characteristic CEUS strengthening image mode had significant predominance on diagnosing primary liver cancer, evaluating prognosis of liver neoplasm surgery and screening canceration after hepatocirrhosis (P<0.01) .Sonovue ultrasonotraphy show a peculiar superior merit in qualitatively diagnosis of liver occupying lesions.
