Expression of S100A4 and E-cadherin in pancreatic carcinoma and their relationship study

摘要: 探讨S100A4和E-Cadherin在胰腺癌中的表达及与胰腺癌浸润、转移的相关性。采用免疫组化方法,检测168例胰腺癌组织芯片中S100A4和E-Cadherin的表达情况。S100A4和E-Cadherin在癌组织中分别有82.74%和65.4%的异常表达。癌旁S100A4表达率仅9.8%(10/102);粘液性囊腺瘤57%(4/7)。E-Cadherin在癌旁和正常胰腺百分之百表达,在粘液性囊腺瘤的异常表达率30%(2/7)。S100A4和E-Cadherin异常表达在癌组织中呈正相关。S100A4在胰腺癌中的过量表达反映了肿瘤的浸润、淋巴结转移(P<0.01,P<0.01),并与E-Cadherin的下调(异常表达)相关。Abstract: To investigate the relationship between S100A4 and E-Cadherin expression in the pancreatic cancer and their correlation with tumor invasion and metastasis.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of S100A4 and E-Cadherin in the tissue microarray constructed with 168 cases of pancreatic cancers.The positive expression of S100A4 and E-Cadherin in the cancer tissue were 82.74% (139/168) and 65.4% (110/168) respectively.S100A4 expression rate was 9.8% (10/102) in tissue and was 57% (4/7) in mucinous cystic adenoma.E-Cadherin expressed in all the Para-tumor tissue and normal pancreas, but only 30% (2/7) expressed in mucinous cystic adenoma.The expression of S100A4 and E-Cadherin had a closely relation in pancreatic cancer.S100A4 always overexpresses in the pancreatic ductal carcinoma and reflects the invasion and lymphomatic metastasis of tumors.It also is related with the down-regulation of E-Cadherin.
