Abstract: To study the influences of HBV infection on biological behaviours of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and expression of mutate p53 protein. The state of HBV inflection were determined by serum tests for 60 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.Meanwhile, expression of mutated p53 protein carcinoma tissues were detected by using hepatocellular streptavidin-peroxidase (S-P) method. The expression rate (73.68% (28/38) ) of 38 cases of patients carcinoma infected by HBV with hepatocellular was significantly higher than that (45.45% (10/22) ) of 22 cases of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma not infected by HBV (P<0.05) Among the patients with HCC, The patients with hepatocellular carcinoma being detected, the statas of HBV infection is positively correlations with Edmondson grades, the elevation of serum α-fectoprotein (AFP) levels, intraportal carcinoma embolism, intrahepatic metastasis, and elevation of serum aminotransferase (P<0.05) .The state of HBV infection may join the mutation of p53 protein in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma. To detect them helps us to learn the biological traits of hepatocellular carcinoma and to design the medicine plans.
