摘要: 探讨细菌在胆总管结石形成中的作用。通过ERCP导管抽取胆汁进行需氧菌培养。同时用PCR方法对结石内大肠杆菌DAN进行检测。56例胆总管结石胆汁标本需氧菌培养中有53例检出细菌,检出率为94.64%,埃希氏菌属、克雷伯氏菌属、肠杆菌属、肠球菌属为胆道主要致病菌。11例胆总管结石中,3例大肠杆菌DNA扩增阳性。导管取材进行细菌培养结果可信;细菌感染在胆总管结石形成过程中起核心作用。
