Th1/Th2, Tc1/Tc2 expression in peripheral blood cell of the patients with chronic severe B viral hepatitis

摘要: 分析慢性乙型重型肝炎患者外周血Th1/Th2 ,Tc1/Tc2的表达特点,探讨其与重型肝炎的关系。用流式细胞仪检测31例重型肝炎和2 0例正常对照者外周血T细胞胞内细胞因子IFN -γ、IL - 4的百分率,发现:1 重型肝炎Th1、Th2、Tcl分别为（2 7 .4 1±4 . 88） %、（3 .4 8±2 . 6 7） %、（43 .85±12 . 98） % ,显著高于正常对照,且以Th1和Tcl表达为主;2 重症期与恢复期相比,康复后Th1、Th2、Tcl显著下降,尤以Tcl下降更明显（P均<0. 0 1） ;3 生存组与死亡组比较,Th1、Tcl无显著性差异（P >0 . 0 5 ）。Th1、Th2、Tcl与重型肝炎的发生转归有密切关系,动态检测可作为监测病情和判断预后的指标。Abstract: To explore the Th1/Th2, Tc1/T c2 expression and relationship with chronic severe B viral hepatitis.The product ion of IFN-γ and IL-4 by Th1/Th2 Tc1/Tc2 cells in peripheral blood from 20 norm a l donors and 31 patients with chronic severe hepatitis were assessed by flow cyt ometry.1.Compared with the control group, the percentage of Th1 Th2 and Tcl were higher in chronic severe hepatitis group, especially Th1 and Tcl.The percentage o f Th1, Th2 and Tcl were (27.41±4.88) %? (3.48±2.67) %? (43.85±12.98) % resp ectively.2.The percentage of Th1, Th2 and Tcl especially Tcl significantly decrea sed after recovery, P<0.01.3.The percentage of Th1 and Tcl showed no obvio us difference between survivors and non-survivors, P>0.05.Th1, Th2 and Tcl s howed close relationship in occurring and developing of chronic severe hepatitis . It was an index to reflect the severity of liver function in clinic and also can estimate the prognosis.
