The relationship of TNF-α、IL-6 in portal vein and hepatic damage in SAP rats

摘要: 为了探讨重症胰腺炎 (SAP)早期肝脏功能改变及门静脉血中TNF -α和IL - 6浓度的变化与肝脏损害的关系 ,我们复制了大鼠SAP模型 ,对照组仅做剖腹探查术。于术后 3、6、12h分别抽取门静脉、肝静脉血测定TNF -α和IL - 6浓度 ,同时采股静脉血测定血清AST、ALT。结果显示SAP时 ,随病程延长 ,血清中AST、ALT浓度逐渐升高 ,实验组门静脉血中TNF -α与IL - 6浓度显著高于肝静脉血。结论 :1 SAP早期即伴有明显的转氨酶升高。 2 SAP早期门静脉血中TNF -α、IL - 6浓度水平明显升高。 3 SAP早期肝脏损害与门静脉血中TNF -α、IL - 6浓度有关Abstract: In order to detect the relationship of TNF-α、IL-6 in portal vein and hepatic damage in experimental SAP rats, 30 male wistar rats were randomly divided into experimental and control group. Rats were sacrificed 3、6 and 12h after the operation. TNF-α and IL-6 levels were measured in the samples of portal vein and hepatic vein. AST and ALT levels were measured in the samples of femoral vein. With the development of AP, the concentration of serum AST and ALT were increased significantly in the experimental group compared with the control. TNF-α and Il-6 levels in the portal vein were much higher in the experimental group than those in the hepatic vein. Compared with the control group, TNF-α and IL-6 levels in the portal vein and hepatic vein were significantly increased in the experimental group. Conclusion: 1.Hepatic dysfunction occurred in SAP rats. 2.TNF-α and IL-6 levels in portal vein increased in SAP rats. 3.The degree of hepatic damage was related with the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in portal vein.
