Study of the relation between the apoptosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma cell lines 9810 and expression of bcl-2 gene

摘要: 应用阿霉素诱导肝内胆管癌细胞 9810凋亡 ,研究其凋亡与bcl- 2基因表达之间的关系。应用流式细胞仪检测肝内胆管癌细胞凋亡的情况 ,并同时检测bcl- 2基因表达。随着阿霉素浓度的增加 ,细胞凋亡率逐步上升 ,同时bcl- 2基因表达下调。bcl- 2基因表达下调是阿霉素诱导肝内胆管癌细胞凋亡机制之一。Abstract: To investigate the relation between apoptosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma cell lines 9810 and expression of bcl-2 gene. We detect its apoptosis and expression of bcl-2 gene by flow cytometer. Apoptosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma was up step by step flowing Adriacin's concentration, expression of bcl-2 gene was down as well as it. Influencing expression of bcl-2 gene may be a reason of apoptosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma cell.
