Effects of spirulina in prevention of liver fibrosis in rats

摘要: 研究螺旋藻阻断实验性大鼠肝纤维化的机制。实验分正常对照组、四氯化碳组、螺旋藻组 (均n =8)。后两组分别用 4 0 %四氯化碳橄榄油溶液制备大鼠肝纤维化模型 ,螺旋藻组给予含螺旋藻精粉的指状饲料条 ,共12w。测定血清层粘连蛋白 (LN) ,Ⅲ型前胶原 (PC -Ⅲ ) ,Ⅳ型胶原 (Ⅳ -C) ,透明质酸 (HA) ,肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF -α) ,血小板源生长因子 (PDGF) ,肝组织羟脯氨酸 (HYP)含量。螺旋藻组肝纤维化程度明显轻于四氯化碳组 ,螺旋藻组LN、Ⅳ -C低于四氯化碳组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,螺旋藻组PC -Ⅲ、HA ,TNF -α ,PDGF明显低于四氯化碳组 (P <0 0 1) ,肝HYP含量亦显著低于四氯化碳组 (P <0 0 5 )。螺旋藻对实验性大鼠肝纤维化有阻断作用。其机制可能是通过抑制炎性介质的形成而发挥作用Abstract: To study the effects of spirulina in prevention of liver fibrosis in rats. Wistar rats were divided into three groups: control group (n=8) ;CCl 4 group (n=8) ; spirulina group (n=8) .CCl 4 group and spirulina group rats were induced by 40% CCl 4 olive oil solution into models of liver fibrosis, meanwhile spirulina group was given the feed with spirulina powder for 12w. Liver histological changes: hydroxyproline (HYP) content in liver tissues, serum LN, PC-Ⅲ, Ⅳ-C, HA, TNF-α and PDGF levels were observed. The pathological studies showed that the liver fibrosis degree of spirulina group was obviously lighter than that of CCl 4 group. Spirulina group had significantly lower levels of HYP, LN, Ⅳ-C (P<0.05) , PC-Ⅲ, HA, TNF-α and PDGF (P<0.01) than those of CCl 4 group. The experimental evidence suggests that spirulina can prevent the formation of liver fibrosis.
