The Effects of Daifansan on estrogen-induced intrahepatic cholestasis in rats

摘要: 观察黛矾散及其各组分对雌激素苯甲酸雌二醇 (EB)诱导的大鼠肝内胆汁淤积的影响。采用EB复制雌激素性肝内胆汁淤积模型 ,并观察黛矾散及各组分对实验大鼠血清、肝匀浆及肝细胞亚膜中观察指标的影响。雌激素所致肝内胆汁淤积中 ,血清总胆汁酸 (TBA)、总胆红素 (TBil)、及ALT、ALP均有明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,总胆固醇(Tch)明显下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ;肝匀浆、毛细胆管膜中ALP亦明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ;肝匀浆及肝窦膜中Na+ -K+ -AT Pase、Mg+ + -ATPase活性均明显下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ;经口投予黛矾散及其组分明矾和青黛后 ,均可不同程度拮抗雌激素所致上述变化 ,且黛矾散的作用优于单用明矾或青黛的作用 ,而明矾的作用又优于青黛Abstract: To observe the effect of Daifansan and its components to rat's intrahepatic cholestasis induced by estradiol benzoate (EB) . Use EB to replicate cholestasis model and observe the effect of Daifansan and its component to the observing targets in serum, hepatic even cytoplasm and hypatocyte sub-membrane of the rats. In the model of cholestrasis caused by EB. TBA. TBil. ALT and ALP all go up distinctly (P<0.05) , but Tch goes down obviously (P<0.05) ;ALP in hepatic even cytoplasm and cholangiole membrane go up prominenty (P<0.05) ;the activity of Na +-K +-ATPase?Mg ++-ATPase all go down obviously (P<0.05) ;all the above changes are resulted from the Daifansan and it's components mingFan and QingDai to the different degree of the antagonism with the estrogen. The function of Daifansan is superior to that of mingFan or QingDai singly.
