Significance of serum laminin and type Ⅳ collagen content change between liver benign lesions and malignant tumor

摘要: 探讨血清层粘连蛋白 (lamininLN)、胶原Ⅳ (typeⅣcollagenCⅣ )含量变化在肝脏良、恶性肿瘤中的意义。应用放免法测定血清LN、CⅣ含量。研究肝脏恶性肿瘤患者治疗前后、转移或复发血清LN、CⅣ的含量变化特点 ,与肝脏良性肿瘤进行对比分析。血清LN、CⅣ在肝脏恶性肿瘤患者中明显升高LN(2 2 5± 5 5 1)ng/ml、CⅣ (118 7±2 6 8)ng/ml(t=3 97,P <0 0 1) ,肝脏恶性肿瘤转移或复发者血清LN、CⅣ再度升高 (x2 =4 12 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,肝脏良性肿瘤同对照组无明显差异 (t=0 82 ,P >0 0 5 )。血清LN、CⅣ作为一种临床检测指标 ,对肝脏良、恶性肿瘤的鉴别、肝脏恶性肿瘤转移或复发的判断、以及疗效观察有一定的意义Abstract: To investigate serum LN?CⅣ content and the significance of LN?CⅣ content change between liver benign lesions and malignant tumor.LN and CⅣ content change in malignant tumor was compared with benign lesions before and after treatment, metastasis or recurrence.Radioimmunoassay was used to measure LN?CⅣ content.LN?CⅣ were significantly higher (LN225±55.1ng/ml, CⅣ118.7±26.8ng/ml) (t=3.97, P<0.01) , LN?CⅣ content increased again when liver malignant tumor metastasize or recurrence. (x 2=4.12, P<0.05) There was no significant difference between liver benign lesions group and control group (t=0.82, P>0.05) .Examination of serum LN?CⅣ is useful for distinguishing liver benign lesions and malignant tumor, deciding liver malignant tumor metastasis or recurrence and monitoring the effect.
