Abstract:
To understand influence degree of father and mother HBV carrier on next generation HBV infection rate. 120 families in 5 years were investigeted by investigation groups (total 395 peoples) , 80 families were investigated by control groups (total 257 peoples) . HBV marker and Liver function test in serum were tested ones every year (using ELISA and chemistric analysis machine, JAPAN) . In families of worker?farmer and cadre, when father and mother are both HBV carriers, HBV positive mother, positive carriers of father and mother, HBV were significance to next generation HBV infection rate Both father and mother were HBV carriers were more dangerous than HBV negetive of father and mother to next generation HBV in fection rate.
