Elastase mRNA expression of hepatic cells

  • 摘要: 探讨肝脏组织细胞弹力蛋白酶mRNA的表达。克隆成地高辛素标记的大鼠胰腺丝氨酸弹力蛋白酶RNA探针 ,并以此进行原位杂交。多数肝细胞的胞浆内有弹力蛋白酶mRNA的表达 ,其强度因小叶内肝细胞部位的不同而有所差异。组成肝窦窦壁的内皮细胞以及其他细胞也有弹力蛋白酶mRNA的表达。从形态学证实肝脏细胞有弹力蛋白酶mRNA的表达 ,丝氨酸弹力蛋白酶有可能参与肝纤维化细胞外基质代谢
