Detection of serum β2 -microglobulin in patients with grave hepatitis and its clinical significance

摘要: 探讨重型乙型肝炎血清 β2 微球蛋白 （β2 -MG）水平与肝组织损伤程度之间的关系。应用放射免疫法（RIA）检测 5 3例重型乙型肝炎、4 4例急性乙型肝炎患者及 31例正常人血清 β2 -MG水平。重型乙型肝炎血清 β2 -MG水平显著高于急性乙型肝炎及正常人血清 β2 -MG水平 ;重型乙型肝炎血清 β2 -MG水平与Alb呈负相关 ,与ALT、T -Bil、PT呈正相关 ;重型乙型肝炎死亡者血清 β2 -MG水平显著高于存活者。血清 β2 -MG水平是反映肝组织损害程度良好指标 ,对了解重型肝炎病情危重程度 ,判断预后有重要意义。Abstract: To study the relationship between the level of serum β 2-microglobulin and the degree of liver damage in patients with grave hepatitis B. Using radiation immune assay (RIA) to detect of serum β 2 -microglobulin in 53 patients with grave hepatitis, 44 patients with acute hepatitis and 31 contrasts. The level of serum β 2-microglobulin in patients with grave hepatitis is significantly higher than that in patients with acute hepatitis and contrasts, it also showed negative correlation with Alb, positive correlation with ALT, T-Bil and PT in patients with grave hepatitis. Meanwhile, it was significantly higher in patients died from grave hepatitis B than in survival of the same disease. Serum β 2-microglo bulin is a good index that reflects the degree of liver damage, and is important in realizing the state and prognosis of the patients with grave hepatitis B.
